I work with people by first understanding where they are: what's working, what's not, and what they're dealing with day to day. From there, we build a plan that's tailored to their life, not a generic template.

The focus is on four core areas: sleep quality, energy management, movement and mobility, and nutrition and supplementation. These pillars address the root causes of fatigue, inflammation, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, chronic pain, and burnout.

As your foundation strengthens, we can go deeper, fine-tuning protocols, addressing what's holding you back, and exploring things like biomarker analysis, hormonal optimization, or precision supplementation if needed.

ABOUT ORLANDO

I've spent over a decade working with busy professionals, primarily those aged 45 to 65, helping them prioritize and restore their health and longevity. My approach isn't about adding more tasks to your already full schedule. It's about making your health work with your life, not against it.

In my 50s, I've learned firsthand how important it is to rebuild your foundation before the cracks become too deep. My methods are built on years of personal experimentation, hands-on experience with thousands of clients, and extensive research in neuroscience and human biology. I believe in targeting lifestyle habits through functional medicine and bio-hacking, getting to the root of what's actually holding you back, rather than just treating symptoms.

I work as a Health Performance Consultant and Spine Mobility Instructor across several wellness centers in Thailand, including Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Spa in Phuket, AKA Thailand, Atmanjai, and Atsumi Healing. I've had the privilege of working with everyone from world-class professional athletes to executives traveling constantly for work. Whether it's group sessions or one-on-one consulting, my focus is always the same: practical, effective strategies that fit into real life.

I can help you by advising on areas like peptides, nutrition and supplementation, sleep optimization, movement and mobility, and building personalized protocols that actually work for your lifestyle.
